Gamium Token (GMM) Skyrocketed 340 Percent After Announcement Of Meta Partnership With Telefonica

JAKARTA – Token Gamium (GMM) is one of the cryptocurrencies that focus on the metaverse and digital identity projects. GMM experienced a price increase of 340 percent after announcing a partnership with Meta Platforms Inc., and telco Telefonica. This partnership aims to assist and boost startups in the Web3 space through the Metaverse Activation Program.

In addition, a number of startups joining the program will also get access to Meta's Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology and commercial support from Telefonica.

The Metaverse Activation Program is a joint initiative between Meta and a network of technical innovation centers initiated by Telefonica, Wayra. In addition to the resources that support the software, the Activation Program also provides access to state-of-the-art hardware. Meta's metaverse unit, Reality Labs, develops this sophisticated and powerful piece of hardware.

This partnership has a positive impact on the Gamium GMM token, which currently has a market capitalization of USD 29 million. Initially, GMM rose by 450 percent to US$0.004539, or around IDR 38. Most of GMM's trading takes place on Kucoin, Gate, and Uniswap. GMM is traded on secondary crypto markets and is also used for metaverse governance through the Gamium DAO.

Despite the less well-known profile of its original token, Gamium is a growing metaverse project. This network seeks to change and improve the way humans interact by introducing digital identities. This partnership with Meta and Telefonica will most likely spur GMM trading activity, in addition to increasing the value of the token.

Meta and Telefonica are major technology companies that have invested in Web3.
