JAKARTA - Microsoft doesn't want its prestige to lose to anyone, who is currently planning to launch its new Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology similar to the ChatGPT in its Office app next month.

According to a report by The Verge, quoted Monday, February 13, Microsoft is preparing to show what its AI technology and language AI technology belonging to OpenAI for Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 apps can do in March.

Microsoft Office users can get a review of their Model instead if they use the Bing cydebar in the Microsoft Edge browser.

By launching an Aircraft Model across the Office app, Microsoft hopes to produce graphics and visual charts from basic data for PowerPoint and even Excel.

The technology giant based in Redmond, Washington, USA, is also reportedly designing its AI model to make text from short and simple requests in the Office 365 app.

This information comes after Microsoft released a new ChatGPT-powered Bing search engine this week, just after Google revealed Bard, the answer for the highly popular AI ChatGPT chatbot.

The new AI-powered Bing search engine is capable of generating conversational responses to search requests, thanks to its mediated model.

Microsoft seems in a hurry to roll out new AI-powered features on its products and that's not surprising, according to Engadget.

This is because the company may intend to move quickly to get as many people starting to use its products as possible before Google.

Apparently, Microsoft was supposed to introduce a new Bing at the end of February, but instead launched and scheduled it before Google Bard's announcement.

The company is also tied to continuing to expand its list of AI-powered features, considering it recently signed a multi-billion dollar investment at OpenAI last month.
