President Prabowo to Pamong Praja Muda IPDN: People Don't Need a Bureaucracy

Sumedang - President Prabowo Subianto gave a message to the Pamong Praja Muda (PPM) of the 33rd Generation of the Institute of Internal Government (IPDN).

According to President Prabowo, the state apparatus must not apply bureaucratic red tape to the public. President Prabowo added, the state apparatus must always prioritize public interests in order to maintain public trust.

This was conveyed by President Prabowo Subianto when appointing the 33rd Pamong Praja Muda Angkatan Ke-33 Tahun 2026 IPDN, at the Parade Square of the IPDN Campus Jatinangor, Sumedang, West Java, Wednesday, July 29.

On this occasion, President Prabowo emphasized that the PPM is a state apparatus that has the obligation to maintain the country's good name. Therefore, he advised that the good name should not be tarnished just because they are unable to prioritize the interests of the people, one of which is by implementing a bureaucratic system that is layered.

President Prabowo added that the community actually demands that the apparatus be able to work honestly, disciplined, clean, not corrupt, dare to make decisions, and always be present when the people need it.

The community, continued President Prabowo, also demands an apparatus that prioritizes the interests of the people, not the interests of certain individuals or groups.
