Debuting last year, MWI 2023 is one of the largest women's MLBB tournaments participated by various countries in Southeast Asia including Indonesia, the Philippines, Myanmar, Singapore, Cambodia, Malaysia, and the Mekong region (Laos, Vietnam and Thailand).

The 2023 MLBB Women's Invitational will take place over three rounds. The Group Stage will take place online from February 6 to 7. In this round, 10 teams will be divided into two groups and play with the Best of One (BO1) system. The four best teams from each group will advance to the playoffs.

From February 8th, the playoffs begin. The team will play with the Best of Three (BO3) system. Here, the losing team will be eliminated immediately.
