Not only announced through a post on Revue, but the company also seems to be sending notifications of this closure via email to everyone who has a Revue account.
Revue is a platform that helps authors monetize their Twitter followers, by simply integrating their newsletter directly into their Twitter timeline.
With this closing, if you run a paid newsletter, on December 20, 2022, the Revue team will set all paid subscriptions to be canceled at the end of their billing cycle.
"This is to prevent your subscribers from being charged for Revue content after the point at which it is no longer possible to send newsletters from the Revue", he explains.

News of the Revue's shutdown comes 24 hours before former Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey started a Revue newsletter to publish his thoughts on the Twitter Files.
Unfortunately, only 17 hours later the announcement of the closure appeared. "Well… after 17 hours my career as a newsletter writer is coming to an end", Dorsey tweeted.
On the other hand, application developer Alessandro Paluzzi revealed that Twitter is working on growing tweets to 4,000 characters instead of 280.
