JAKARTA - After successfully working on F1 2021, this year Codemasters and EA are ready to release their newest racing game, F1 2022 or abbreviated as F1 22.

Codemasters and EA announced that F1 22 will release F1 22 globally on July 1, 2022 on PC, PlayStation 4/5, and Xbox One/Series with its new hybrid car.

The game is expected to be more competitive and unpredictable thanks to a major overhaul of F1 cars taking place in the real world, and including new features such as PC VR support.

F1 22 will come with a new circuit track that is at the Miami International Autodrome with 19 challenging turns. Not only new tracks, F1 22 will also provide updates according to circuit conditions in Australia, Spain and Abu Dhabi.

The new Broadcast and Immersive modes will let you choose between more realistic or cinematic modes for formation laps, safety car periods and pit stops. These multiplayer races will use the split screen feature, and you can also drive in VR on the Oculus Rift and HTC Vive headsets.

Another new feature is the Adaptive AI mode which lets less experienced players compete against AI racers of similar skill.

The My Team feature from last year is also back for F1 22. They have already opened pre-orders for the F1 22 Balam game on their respective stores such as on Steam, PlayStation Store, and Xbox or Microsoft Store.
