Next, open the Find My Mobile app and sign in with your registered mobile account.

After logging in, on the right side of the Find My Mobile main page, a description of the phone registered with the account will appear.

Scroll to the bottom and select the Unlock feature in the form of an open padlock icon. Select Confirm Unlock (Confirm to unlock), and then select "Unlock".
