Later, with the Multiple-Device feature, users can use 1 account on 2 devices without depending on the main contact. Users can also access WhatsApp Web even though the WhatsApp application on the cellphone is offline.

2. Community Groups Within Groups

The Community feature allows users to create groups within existing groups. This is intended to allow group members to discuss specific topics with some members, which are unknown to all group members.

Group members can also create multiple groups within a group. Say you create "Project 1" with 5 group members, then create "Project 2" with other group members discussing different topics.

3. Hiding Last Seen for Certain Contacts

For some users, disabling Last Seen mode can preserve their privacy. However, because this mode applies to all contacts on WhatsApp, users often choose to activate it.

For the latest WhatsApp update released later this year, Last Seen mode can be enabled for some contacts that you don't think need to know your activity status on WhatsApp.

4. Check Voice Note Before Sending

The next feature that is rumored to be released by WhatsApp is checking Voice Notes before sending. So far, WhatsApp users can only send Voice Notes directly without being able to check them first.

After the user creates a Voice Note, a play button will appear in the middle between delete and send. This button can be used to check the Voice Note that you created before sending it.
