Ji Da Bin Tembus' Determination Of The Senior Squad Of The Indonesian National Team And Mentas In The South Korean League

JAKARTA - The attacking midfielder of the U-20 Indonesian national team, Ji Da Bin, expressed his determination to be able to penetrate the senior team. Not only that, he also wants his career to be brilliant in the South Korean League.

With this high target, Ji Da Bin is aware that he must continue to develop in order to realize his goals. Moreover, at this time he is one of the trusted players of coach Indra Sjafri in the U-20 Indonesian national team.

Although the road is wide open for Ji Da Bin to realize his determination, he does not want to be complacent. Ji is determined to continue to develop in order to enter the senior Indonesian national team squad and play in the South Korean League one day.

"My goal is to join the senior Indonesian national team," said Ji, quoted from STN Sports on Sunday, September 1.

"I will take every step step step by step, and one day I want to play in the K-League (South Korean League)," he continued.

Regarding his desire to penetrate the senior Indonesian national team squad, Ji Da Bin also said that every development would be monitored directly by the head coach, Shin Tae-yong. He said he was happy to get direct support from the South Korean tactician.

"We just exchanged greetings, but the coach (Shin Tae-yong) said he paid attention to me and encouraged me," he said.

Ji Da Bin is currently attending the U-20 Indonesian national team training camp in South Korea. The Depok-born player is undergoing a selection before completing the 2025 U-20 Asian Cup Qualification.

In addition to training, the U-20 Indonesian national team also participated in the Seoul Earth On Us Cup 2024 mini tournament. Garuda Nusantara managed to beat Argentina U-20 (2-1) in the inaugural match, losing to Thailand U-20 (0-2) in the second match and on Sunday afternoon will face South Korea as the last match.
