Nathan Tjoe-A-On Reveals Reasons For FIFA Indonesian National Team To Advance Rapidly In The Hands Of Shin Tae-yong

JAKARTA - The Indonesian national team player, Nathan Tjoe-A-On revealed the reason for FIFA why currently the Indonesian national team is progressing rapidly under the tutelage of Shin Tae-yong.

One of the latest real evidences is the passing of the Garuda Squad to the third round of the 2023 World Cup Qualification. In addition, there are also many new histories created for the Indonesian national team.

In an interview with FIFA, Nathan Tjoe-A-On then emphasized his goal with the Indonesian national team coached by Shin Tae-yong. Nathan said as a player he wanted to be able to score more history and aims to set foot on the World Cup stage.

"I think we also have a good chance (to qualify). We have a good team, we are developing," Nathan Tjoe-A-On was quoted as saying on the FIFA website on Sunday, August 4.

"If you look at the match, for example in March and the match we played in June, you can see a big difference in our style of play."

"So, yes with him (coach Shin Tae-yong), we continue to grow, I think we have a very good chance," said Nathan.

Furthermore, Nathan Tjoe-A-On also explained that all Garuda Squad employees have a goal of advancing to the 2026 World Cup.

"Of course, (our goal) is to achieve the World Cup with the national team, to make more history with the national team and what we have done is an extraordinary feeling," he concluded.
