Schedule Of 3 Indonesian Representatives At The 2024 Olympics Today

JAKARTA Indonesian representatives will again fight at the 2024 Paris Olympics today Thursday, August 1, 2024.

Three representatives from two sports will fight. Two of them are from badminton, the other from archery sports.

Two of the badminton are men's doubles Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Rian Ardianto and women's singles Gregoria Mariska Tunjung. Meanwhile, from the archery there was Rezza Octavia.

Fajar/Rian will play against the world number one pair from China, Liang Weikeng/Wang Chang. Their duel will take place at 13.00 French time or 18.00 WIB.

On paper, this will be their ninth clash. In the previous eight duels, Fajar/Rian had a 3-5 winning record.

Meanwhile, Gregoria will face South Korean representative Kim Ga-eun, at 19.30 Paris time or Friday, August 2 at 00.30 WIB.

If you look at the record clashes, Gregoria is more favored. The reason is, in their previous eight duels, Kim has not once secured victory.

Fajar/Rian and Gregoria are the remaining two representatives of badminton from six representatives to Paris.

The other four representatives who have been eliminated are Rinov Rivaldy/Pitha Haningtyas Mentari, Apriyani Rahayu/Siti Fadia Silva Ramadhanti, Anthony Sinisuka Ginting, and Jonatan Christie.

Rezza Octavia will play in the round of 64 women's individual rescue against Canadian representative Virginie Chenier.

The second clash took place at 6:45 p.m. French time or 23.45 p.m. local time.
