Brandone Francis Enters IBL All-Stars Two Years In A Row

JAKARTA - Pebasket Prawira Harum Bandung, Brandone Francis, has been on the IBL All-Star twice after this season he was re-elected on the list.

Previously, last season, the basketball player was also included in the ranks of this star player. At that time, he brought Prawira Harum Bandung out as the 2023 IBL champion.

"Thank you for choosing me. IBL fans, Prawira fans, thank you everyone," Francis was quoted as saying on the IBL official website.

At the beginning of this season, Brandone has not actually been included in the ranks of Prawira Harum Bandung's players since the second season of the 2024 competition.

He was just called back to save Prawira, who had difficulties in the early weeks of the season. His presence also bore fruit with the summons of the IBL All-Star.

Francis also played on the All-Star last season. In his 19 minutes 23 seconds appearance, he scored 14 points, three rebounds, two assists, and three steals.

Francis helped the Future team, then led by head coach David Singleton, win 108-104 over the Legacy team. This year Francis again won the trust of fans.

He was selected as one of the foreign players to appear on the IBL All-Star 2024. He received the highest support from five other foreign players in the league with 5,245 votes.

The IBL All-Star 2024 will take place at the Britama Arena on April 27, 2024, but it is not yet known which side Francis will be on, the Future or Legacy team. Later, there will be Draft for foreign players and players of descent/naturalization.
