Last Effort, Denny Sumargo and Olivia Allan Complete the Second Child Fund Program

JAKARTA - Celebrity couple Denny Sumargo and Olivia Allan are preparing to undergo in vitro fertilization again. After going through a long journey that was not easy, the man who is familiarly called Densu admitted that this would be their last effort.

"Continue. We try one more time, if it's not given, we will stop it," said Denny Sumargo when met in South Jakarta, Tuesday, August 11, 2026.

This decision was not taken without reason. Densu revealed that he and his wife had repeatedly failed in the process of getting a baby.

"Because yesterday it failed four times. So this is the last one, the fifth one. Please pray, that's all," he continued with a hopeful tone.

Regarding gender, Densu did not deny that he had special desires. However, he still entrusted all the results to God.

"If you give it to me, you want a boy. But if you give it to a girl, it's already. If you don't give it to you, it's okay," said the former national basketball player.

Densu reflected his gratitude for the presence of his first daughter, Gabriella Allan Sumargo or Biel. He remembered how difficult Oliv's struggle was before.

"Because we are very grateful to be given Biel. Because at that time the process to be able to get Biel was a four-year wait. Olive's miscarriage was about three times, four times," he said.

Currently, the medical process is underway and has entered a crucial stage. Densu asked for prayer support so that his wife could remain calm during this process.

"The process has reached the egg collection and embryo process. Finally, pray that it goes smoothly. And what else is it called, Ci Olive is also not very stressed," explained Densu.

Looking ahead, Densu stated that one child was actually enough for him. However, if God gives an addition, he will consider it an extraordinary gift.
