Suwon FC Conducts Training Camp In Jakarta, Pratama Arhan Looks Already Joining The Team

JAKARTA - The South Korean club, Suwon FC, is currently holding a training camp (TC) agenda in Jakarta. On that agenda, the Indonesian national team player, Pratama Arhan, who is a new recruit, was also seen having joined the team.

The TC agenda, which was held in Jakarta, is a form of preparation for Suwon FC before returning to the domestic competition, K League 1 2024. Arriving in Jakarta since early February 2024, Kim Eun-jung's team has been seen undergoing busy activities.

Their activities when practicing are often shared on the club's social media. Through the upload, it was also known that Pratama Arhan had participated in training with other team members.

Before joining Suwon FC, Arhan helped strengthen the Indonesian national team in the 2023 Asian Cup. However, the elimination of Indonesia from the round of 16, the players then returned to their respective clubs.

For Arhan, the moment of returning to this club is a different experience. The reason is, after defending the Indonesian national team he also has the status of a new Suwon FC player. Arhan previously defended Japanese club, Tokyo Verdy, but his contract was not renewed by the club after two years there.

Arhan's work contract in Suwon FC itself was official when the player was still defending the Indonesian national team, but he had the opportunity to join his colleagues after the last 16 of the 2023 Asian Cup.

Apart from Arhan's first moment joining other Suwon FC players, this South Korean club is known to be undergoing a training camp until February 18, 2024 in Jakarta.

Suwon FC has planned to hold a trial match with the local team in the hope of attracting Indonesian football lovers. One of the things that caught attention was the plan to test against the U-20 Indonesian national team.

Regarding that, the coach of the U-20 Indonesian national team, Indra Sjafri, had previously discussed this plan. Although until now it is not known exactly when the match will be held.
