Nadeo And Lilipaly Not Entering The Indonesian National Team, Shin Tae-yong Is Considered To Have No Clear Reasons

Shin Tae-yong received criticism in the selection of Indonesian national team players for the 2023 Asian Cup TC (doc. PSSI).

JAKARTA - The Indonesian national team coach, Shin Tae-yong, has called 29 players for training camp (TC) in Turkey in preparation for the 2023 Asian Cup. However, the coach's choice received the spotlight because it was considered monotonous in the appointment of players.

Previously, it was known that the reason Shin Tae-yong did not include Lilipaly was because the player was considered to have physical weaknesses.

However, that reason was too common and unfair from the player's point of view. Likewise, Nadeo's position under the crossbar was then replaced by Syahrul Trisna, who STY considered calmer when appearing.

Stefano Lilipaly is considered to have weaknesses in the physical sector and that reason also makes him confused because it is too general. For Lilipaly fair, no? "

"The coach who determines this naturalization program at the same time decides on the fate of Lilipaly and Nadeo."

"Who is the goalkeeper who never makes mistakes? The reason why he chose Syahrul is because he is calmer. Fair or not for Nadeo? Not necessarily."

"Because the reason is not clear, as an observer I assume that STY is actually looking for a reason to concede five goals against Iraq (World Cup Qualification 2026) that it was Nadeo's fault. This is dangerous," he continued, taking the situation for example.

From this situation, Bung Towel felt that Shin Tae-yong should be able to implement a promotional system in the Indonesian national team.

Players who do not perform in the Garuda Squad must first be parked in order to introspect their mistakes.
