Liga 1 Results 2023/2024: Persebaya Detained Imbang Persis Solo At Home

JAKARTA - Persebaya Surabaya has again reaped unsatisfactory results in Liga 1 2023/2024. Serving Persis Solo at his own headquarters, Bajul Ijo even reaped one point.

Persebaya Surabaya completed the match with a series 1-1 match against Persis Solo at Bung Tomo Stadium, Surabaya, on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, WIB night.

This result automatically adds to Bajul Ijo's poor record in Liga 1. The reason is, so far Persebaya has never won from seven consecutive matches.

Uston Nawawi's team was motivated to stop the bad results of the previous party. This can be seen from the Persebaya movement which immediately appeared sharp at the beginning of the match.

However, the host's attempt to win was thwarted by Persis who gave fierce resistance. Laskar Sambernyawa's defense line commanded by Jaimerson da Silva solidly countered the hosts' repeated attacks.

In that tense situation, disaster actually happened to Ernando, who was injured. The goalkeeper of the Indonesian national team was forced to leave the field and be replaced by Andhika Ramadhani who continued to appear until the long whistle sounded.
