MotoGP Thailand 2023: Marc Marquez Hopes Tuah Buriram Circuit

JAKARTA - Repsol Honda racer, Marc Marquez, will race in MotoGP Thailand 2023, 27-29 October. Marquez hopes for a lever from the Buriram Circuit.

Marquez previously failed to maximize himself in the last two races. He only finished 17th when he appeared in the Australian MotoGP and failed to finish because he fell in the Mandalika MotoGP.

The Spaniard was then determined to rise in Thailand.

Marquez and Honda actually have a good experience in Thailand's MotoGP. In MotoGP 2018 and 2019, Marquez won the Thai MotoGP and was able to lock up the world title in Buriram.

"Buriram is a good circuit for us in the past, I won the 2019 title there and we also finished fifth last year, hopefully this year there will be a little good things there," Marquez said as quoted by Motosan, Thursday, October 26.

"Of course, things always change in MotoGP and nothing is certain. As usual, we came and saw what was possible, then we worked from there," Marquez added.

Marquez made the failure in MotoGP Australia a valuable lesson. With the weather conditions not much different, he believes he can easily make adjustments to the better race results.

"From Australia to Thailand, I don't believe there is a bigger change in temperature. It will be a difficult weekend for several reasons in Australia, so now let's focus on racing ahead," said Marquez.
