MotoGP India: Anticipating Health Problems, Stefan Bradl Brushes His Teeth Using Mineral Water

JAKARTA - LCR Honda racer Stefan Bradl became one of the riders who also appeared in the 2023 Indian MotoGP on Sunday, September 24. For Bradl, this is the first time he has set foot in the South Asian country.

Ahead of the main India MotoGP race 2023, a number of chaos occurred, ranging from the problem of visas that were slow out to one of the most highlighted, namely the matter of hygienic food.

Dorna has even warned all parties present in the Indian MotoGP, both racers and journalists to keep the food consumed so as not to be contaminated.

Bradl, who replaced Alex Rins in the Honda LCR team in the 2023 Indian MotoGP race, realized this. The German admits that he does everything he can to avoid stomach problems.

In fact, he brushes his teeth using mineral water. "Yes, I am very careful. I even brush my teeth using mineral water," said Bradl, quoted from Speedweek on Friday, September 22.

The 33-year-old racer also has other complaints. Bradl commented on how chaotic the traffic is in India.

"I didn't protest, everything went smoothly. I got a visa from last Wednesday. I took a taxi from the hotel to the circuit, that's not a problem," said Bradl.

"But when it comes to traffic, I don't want to drive myself, because it's so chaotic. That's why the team rents shuttles. Every local driver drives as they please, as in most Asian countries," said Bradl.
