Persita Tangerang Pecat Luis Pango, Team Manager: This Is The Right Time

JAKARTA - Persita Tangerang finally fired Luisximono after the minor results achieved by the team in the last six weeks in Liga 1 2023/2024. Persita U-20 coach Ilham Jaya Kesuma was lined up to be a caretaker.

The club will announce a new coach at the specified time.

Persita Tangerang's manager, I Nyoman Suryanthara explained, this decision was taken after going through various kinds of considerations for the team's interests. "We believe that at this time it is the right time to make changes and immediately rise to return to the path targeted at the start of the season," said Nyoman, on the club's official website. The coach from Chile is known to have signed Persita Tangerang in the 2022/2023 Indonesian League 1 competition to replace Angel Alfredo Vera. In last season's competition, Luistuno was recorded as being able to bring Persita Tangerang to end the competition in ninth place with a total of 47 points from 34 matches. Since being appointed in February, Luismprio has played 20 matches with Persita Tangerang and has a record of seven wins, three draws, and 10 defeats.
