JAKARTA Four Indonesian fighters are ready to follow in Jeka Saragih's footsteps to compete in Road to UFC Season 2 on 27 and 28 May 2023 in Shanghai, China.

The four Indonesian mixed martial arts fighters are Ronal Siahaan, Billy Pasulatan, Windri Patilima, and Eperaim Ginting.

These four fighters have received intensive training in San Diego, United States, since February 2023. They received directions under coaches Marc Fiore and Jake Burecker.

"Billy (Pasulatan) is a very interesting fighter to watch. He has strength, and I hope he can win," Marc said in a statement received Wednesday, May 24.

Marc also gave his opinion on Windri Patima. This fighter previously worked as a construction worker and online motorcycle taxi driver.

"Windri is a mysterious figure and one of the most talented. I believe in his expertise and abilities. He has high will and can be said to be persistence," said Marc.

From the official schedule of Road to UFC 2, issued by the UFC, on Saturday 27 May 2023, Ronal Siahaan will fight against Rei Tsuruya from Japan in episode 1 which starts at 17.00 WIB.

Meanwhile, Billy Pasulatan will face Chinese fighter Ji Niushiyae in episode 2 which will start at 19.00 WIB. The two Indonesian fighters will compete in flightweights, respectively.

The next day, Sunday, May 28, Windri Patima will play Japan's Shin Haraguchi in the lightweight.

Then Eperaim Ginting will face the host fighter Daermission Zhawupasi from China in the bantam (bantamweight) class.
