The U-20 Indonesian National Team Draws Against Malaga, This is what Shin Tae-yong emphasized to the players

JAKARTA - The U-20 Indonesian national team ended a series of trials in Spain with quite satisfactory results. Playing against Malaga U-19, Garuda Nusantara drew 0-0.

This test match took place at the Marbella Football Center Malaga, Spain, Wednesday, November 23 or Thursday, November 24, early morning of Western Indonesian Time (WIB).

Indonesian U-20 player Muhammad Ferrari said his team gained valuable experience from this match. He said the players were starting to be able to properly apply the way of playing that the coach, Shin Tae-yong, wanted.

"The coaching team emphasizes that we play more maturely and compactly. Especially ahead of participating in the AFC U-20 Cup and of course next year's U-20 World Cup," said Ferrari, as quoted from the PSSI's official website.

"We are determined to always work hard, be disciplined and train and play optimally," said Ferrari.

This will be Garuda Nusantara's last trial during the training camp (TC) in Europe. Marselino Ferdinan and friends will return to Indonesia on November 24 and 25.

The match against Malaga itself is the fourth trial for Indonesia U-20 in France. Previously they met France, Slovakia and Valerenga FC U-20.

Those three matches ended in defeat for Indonesia U-20.
