Recap Of Third Week Matches And Liga 1 2022/2023 Standings: Persib Bandung And Kaesang's Club Immersed In The Bottom Board

JAKARTA - Persib Bandung and Persis Solo are increasingly sinking at the bottom of the 2022/2023 Indonesian League 1 standings. Both teams lost again in the third week which took place last weekend.

Persib Bandung, who traveled to Borneo FC headquarters, had to attack with a landslide score of 1-4. In fact, the club nicknamed Maung Bandung took the lead through David da Silva's action in the 9th minute.

While Persis Solo was helpless when they visited Persikabo's cage in 1973. The club belonging to President Jokowi's son Kaesang Pangarep lost 2-0.

With this result, Persis occupies the 18th position in the standings or at the bottom, without a single point. While Persib is one level above it by one point.

The top of the standings is now filled by an East Java club, Madura United, which in the third week won 1-0 over Persik Kediri. This is the third consecutive victory for Fabio Araujo Lefundes' team.

Persikabo also carved the same record as Madura United. However, they had to settle for second place because they lost on goal difference.
