JAKARTA - Manchester United has officially released Paul Pogba. The French midfielder will not extend his contract, which expires on June 30.

Pogba's departure has clearly left a hole in Manchester United's midfield next season. Manager Erik ten Hag also wanted to fill it immediately.

As is known, Manchester United already has a potential replacement. He is a Barcelona player, Frenkie de Jong.
