Reaching A Positive Score At The Spanish Aragon Circuit, Indonesian Racer Wahyu Nugroho: This Is My Best Result

JAKARTA - Indonesian racer, Wahyu Nugroho, made an impressive appearance in the 2022 bLU cRU European Cup race at the Aragon Circuit, Saturday, April 9 yesterday. He achieved positive results, both in race 1 and 2.

In the first race, Wahyu Nugroho was able to finish the race in 8th position after starting from seventh position. He was 4.543 seconds adrift of the Spaniard, Ruiz, who won the race.

In the second race, the Yamaha Racing Indonesia rider achieved better results by almost getting the podium. Wahyu Nugroho finished fourth with 0.064 seconds adrift of the winner!

"I am very happy with the results of race 2, this is my best result in 4th position. I will try and be more enthusiastic for the second series later," said Wahyu Nugroho, on the official Yamaha Racing Indonesia website.

In this second race, Wahyu Nugroho admitted to changing the gear settings. In race 1, he felt that his gear setting was too small, so it was not optimal.

"Plus the wind conditions at the circuit are very strong, making it difficult for me to slipstreams," he said.

Wahyu Nugroho is scheduled to undergo the 2nd series of bLU cRU European Talent Cup 2022 at Assen Circuit, Netherlands. This series is planned to be held on April 22-24.
