Raiola's Perfect Strategy For Dortmund Striker Erling Haaland

JAKARTA - The opening of the January transfer window is getting closer and once again, Mino Raiola is stealing the attention of the football world.

The popular soccer agent is known to have some of the best talents in his book. He is often the center of the biggest deal in the history of the round skin game.

Most recently, he oversaw every aspect of Erling Haaland's contract at Borussia Dortmund. And now it's time for Raiola to cash in on Haaland.

In the 21-year-old's deal, he must stay at Signal Iduna Park for two seasons before the release clause is activated. This means, allowing Europe's top clubs to sign him at discounted prices.

Michael Zorc, managing director at BVB, admits that the door is indeed open for Haaland to move if he wants to and that catches everyone's attention.

Meanwhile, Aki Watzke, CEO of Dortmund, admitted that Haaland could leave if he wanted by saying: "Many teams want Haaland, especially Real Madrid," he was quoted as saying by MARCA.

Openly expressed interest Real Madrid could do well for Haaland and Raiola. There is no guarantee that if a bidding war breaks out for Haaland, Real will compete with PSG, Manchester City, and Manchester United.

Raiola has a history of making huge sums of money from signing deals for top European players, including Paul Pogba, Gianluigi Donnarumma and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

And as for Haaland, the ball is in the hands of Raiola who seems to prefer to anchor the Norwegian to the Santiago Bernabeu.
