Fiorentina Vs Sampdoria: I Viola Back To Winning Ways

JAKARTA - Fiorentina were able to come back from behind to beat Sampdoria 3-1 in the match week 15 of the Italian League, Wednesday morning WIB.

In the match that took place at the Artemio Franchi, Fiorentina had fallen behind due to Manolo Gabbiadini's goal in the 15th minute.

However, Jose Callejon was able to equalize eight minutes later.

Italian League's temporary top scorer, Dusan Vlahovic, then scored his 12th goal of the season in the 32nd minute to bring Fiorentina back 2-1 up.

Then right at the end of normal time, Ricardo Sottil grabbed the ball from Giacomo Bonaventura's shot to increase Fiorentina's 3-1 margin of advantage.

Unlike in the previous match against Empoli which ended in defeat, Fiorentina this time was able to keep the score 3-1 until the final whistle to return to winning ways.

Launching Antara, Fiorentina has not moved from sixth place in the standings with 24 points, but they cut the distance to one point from AS Roma who just played tomorrow.

Meanwhile Sampdoria, who found their streak of two consecutive wins ended, had to be willing to be stuck in 15th place with 15 points.
