According to the President Director of PT KT, Daisuke Okamoto, this step is one of KTB's efforts to continue to contribute to the sustainable improvement of the quality of education.

"We hope that this technology transfer can encourage the best potential of students who will later drive the Indonesian automotive industry in the future," he said, in an official statement received, Friday, January 23.

This donation to SMK Negeri 3 Sorong is the fourth donation in a series of truck donations run by PT KTB during the 2025 fiscal year. Previously, the handover of the practice vehicle donation was carried out on December 11, 2025 at SMK Negeri 3 Ambon, Maluku.

This donation is one of the corporate social responsibility activities of PT KTB which is carried out under the program, namely the KTB FUSO Vocational Education Program (KTB FUSO VEP).

Since 2017, KTB through this program has carried out various forms of activities, including certified automotive training for SMK teachers and students, donations of educational support equipment, and soft skills seminars to prepare students before entering the industrial world.
