GWM Holds 'GWM CarNEVal' Event, Renewable Energy Car Introduction Event In Indonesia

JAKARTA - GWM Indonesia has again strengthened its commitment to the Indonesian automotive industry by presenting the 'GWM CarNEVal' activity which took place at AMALFI Ristorante Italiano and Bar, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.

The event was held today, November 29 to December 1, 2024. In addition, this event is a form of celebration of a series of vehicle mobility solutions offered by GWM Indonesia for the active Indonesian community.

Sales & Network Director of GWM Indonesia, Lisa Wijaya said that this event provides opportunities for consumers to try directly the New Energy Vehicle (NEV) vehicle line offered by manufacturers in the country.

"GWM CarNEVal is here to provide opportunities for urban communities to try the NEV GWM Indonesia series directly," Lisa said in her explanation in Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta, Friday, November 29.

On the same occasion, the company symbolically handed over to consumer representatives of GWM Haval Jolion HEV in Indonesia.

In terms of specifications, Haval Jolion HEV has the right dimension as a Compact SUV, with a length of 4,472mm, a width of 1,841mm, and a height of 1,626mm, providing convenience and space for all passengers.

Its exterior design looks modern with a touch of sporty, equipped with a T-Shaped DaggerACK LED headlamp, Boomerang LED tail light, and a futuristic grille Star Matrix.

GWM also provides Haval Jolion HEV with innovative L.E.M.O.N technology, offers strong performance as well as extraordinary fuel efficiency. The world's first double motorcycle transmission embedded in this car is capable of generating 1:20 km of fuel consumption, providing a balance between energy and savings.

With the Dedicated Hybrid Transmission (DHT), the engine pairing feels smooth, efficient, and the battery has a long life. Drivers can also choose various driving modes, such as EV Mode, Serial Mode, and Parallel Mode, which automatically adjusts the engine's performance to road conditions.

Now, GWM Haval Jolion HEV is priced at Rp405 million On The Road DKI Jakarta. The car is still the only line of GWM products assembled locally at the Wanaherang factory, Bogor.
