Truck Accidents Are Increasing, This Is What Isuzu Said

JAKARTA - A commercial vehicle accident was in the spotlight, previously the accident occurred on the Purbaleunyi toll road, and most recently an accident in Slipi Jakarta that hit eight vehicles.

President Director of PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia (IAMI) Yusak Kristian Solaeman, gave a response regarding the rise of commercial vehicle accidents. According to him, one of the important aspects that must be considered is in terms of safety and that is done by Isuzu.

"Not only safety when we are a vehicle, even in the process of making safety into value or value that we uphold," he said, when met in the Jakarta area, some time ago.

He further ensured that every process of making Isuzu vehicles also paid attention to many things, and greatly avoided work accidents. So safety must be an awareness of everyone Isuzu, from every Isuzu partner.

"So while accidents occur on the highway, of course there are many factors. Apart from the vehicles themselves, there are driving behavior, for example, the behavior of the drivers, which must also be improved apart from the vehicle," he added.

Isuzu itself ensures that security or safety is the main value adopted by every IAMI people.

"Also from the driver side, we also have training specifically for drivers, school drivers at Isuzu who also teach skills for drivers but also skills with safety, so safety driving," he concluded.
