Jetour Ensures PHEV To BEV Cars Will Launch In Indonesia

JAKARTA - Car brands from China continue to arrive in Indonesia, one of which is Jetour which immediately carries two family SUVs at once, namely Dashing and X70 Plus.

Jetour itself turns out to have long-term plans to enliven the Indonesian automotive market, by launching many models for the next few years.

"Jetour will present off-road vehicles, or off-road series starting with the T2 model in 2025," said Vice President of Jetour International Kevin Xu Haifeng some time ago.

Currently, the model presented by Jetour is still conventional, and next year it will launch a hybrid model. The model in question is T1 and T2, it refers to the image shared by the manufacturer.

"Currently we are building a super hybrid off-road platform. Based on this platform, we can develop light offroad vehicles, off-road families, and even pickup models," he added.

In addition to the hybrid model, Jetour also plans to present a pure electric car or BEV model, the car is planned to be presented in the 2026-2027 range, and the model in question is T0.

"Our super hybrid platform can develop PHEV models even up to BEV," he explained.

So it is worth waiting for a breakthrough from Jetour because electric cars in Indonesia are growing, and various well-known brands from Japan and China to Europe present various attractive choices.
