Since Launching Early Last Year, Chery Omoda E5 Is Claimed To Have Sold 3,700 Units

JAKARTA - PT Chery Sales Indonesia (CSI) has an electric car line that has been sold in Indonesia, the model is Omoda E5.

Since its launch in February, this one electric SUV has been claimed to be well received in the market. The proof is that the model has sold 3,700 units to date.

"We have updated the sales of Omoda E5 in Indonesia, so far we have sold more than 3,700 units," said Sales Director of PT CSI Budi Darmawan, when met in the Kelapa Gading area, Monday, October 14.

Chery itself is still offering a special offer in the form of a lifetime power battery guarantee or electric motor to the first 4,000 customers for the Omoda E5 model, thus the quota is running low.

"The offer is already 300 for the highest variant of Omoda E5," he added.

As is known, Chery itself has the lowest variant or entry level from Omoda E5, namely Pure. The model is priced at IDR 419 million, while for Omoda E5 the highest variant is in children of IDR 498 million.

"For the Omoda E5 Pure, hundreds of units have also been ordered," he explained.

As additional information, Omoda E5 and Pure still have the same engine performance as the highest variant, still have a distance of up to 430 kilometers (WLTP) or 505 km (NCDC).
