BYD And Beyond Community Hold Meetings, Strengthen Relations To Present Various Excitement

JAKARTA - PT BYD Motor Indonesia together with the Beyond community, which is the electric car community BYD, held an event titled 'Bond and Belong' at Jakarta Equestrian Park, Pulomas.

This meeting aims to strengthen relations between BYD and the community, as well as provide education that emphasizes the importance of driving safety. In addition, it is also a place to introduce BYD technological innovations to the communities present.

Beyond is the official community of BYD electric car users in Indonesia, which was officially declared in August 2024 in Jakarta.

This community was born from extraordinary enthusiasm, formed before BYD officially arrived in Indonesia, which shows the public's interest in BYD electric cars. Now the community already has 376 members.

"This meeting is a form of our appreciation to BYD electric car users in Indonesia, as well as strengthening ties between community members and building a strong sense of belonging to BYD's vision for a greener future," said PT BYD Motor Indonesia Head of PR and Government Relations Luther Panjaitan, when met in the Jakarta area, Saturday, September 28.

Many activities were carried out during the event, including the Coaching Clinic session hosted by Sony Susmana, a driving safety expert and senior founder and instructor of the Safety Defense Consultant Indonesia (SDCI). Through this session, participants are given an understanding of safe driving techniques, which is very important in order to reduce the risk of road accidents.

Not only that, there are also interactive activities to improve the driving experience which is divided into four zones, starting from the Zig-Zag & Acceleration Zone, Bumpee Zone, Blind Track Zone, and Performa Zone, each designed to show vehicle features and BYD's technological performance.

In addition, BYD is also showing off the Vehicle to Load (VtoL) feature, a technology that allows BYD users to take advantage of the energy of their vehicles to charge external electronics devices, providing more flexibility and comfort for users.

This BYD meeting with the community is also clear evidence of this brand from China in support of the growth of the electric vehicle ecosystem in Indonesia.
