Mercedes-Benz Indonesia Develops Purnajual Services With Petronas

JAKARTA - Mercedes-Benz distributors in the country of PT Inchcape Indomobil Distribution Indonesia, signed a collaboration with Petronas Lubricants International to strengthen the sale and purchase service.

This momentum also coincides with the 2024 National Service Weeks (NSW), a routine program that is always awaited by loyal Mercedes-Benz customers in Indonesia.

"This partnership aims to facilitate our full-sale service in Indonesia by offering quality oil according to the recommendations of Mercedes-Benz," said PT Inchcase CEO Indomobil Distribution Indonesia Roelof Lamberts, in his remarks in Bintaro, Tangerang, Friday, May 31.

By serving and getting a full-sale service, the owners of this luxury branded vehicle will get various benefits exclusively.

In the NSW event supported by Petronas, owners of the Mercedes-Benz model A-Class, B-Class, CLA, GLA, C-Class, E-Class, and S-Class in 2016 and below production can enjoy special prices for oil replacement packages ranging from 1.5 million rupiah including taxes.

"We believe this collaboration can strengthen Inchcape's commitment to strengthening Mercedes services in Indonesia," said Head Southeast Asia Cluster of Petronas Lubricants International Mr. Uday Kumar Kanaady.

The two brands have been cooperating for a long time in the automotive sector, especially in the world of motorsport. In the F1 scene, Mercedes-Benz and Petronas have partnered for more than a decade.

Together with Petronas, the German manufacturer won eight consecutive constructors' titles (2014-2021), seven riders' titles with Lewis Hamilton six times (2014, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020) and Nico Rosberg once (2016).
