AHM Departs 2,559 Consumers To Go Home Together To Hometown

JAKARTA - PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) again takes consumers back to their hometowns during the 2024 Eid homecoming period. This year's Balik Homecoming Program (MBBH) is the 16th implementation.

In total, there are 2,559 loyal Honda consumers who are delivered to their hometowns safely and comfortably so that they can stay in touch with their families to welcome Eid al-Fitr 1445 H.

There are two destination cities, namely Jakarta-Yogyakarta and Jakarta-Semarang, who returned home by bus. In more detail, 1,599 consumers departed for Yogyakarta, while 960 travelers departed for Semarang.

General Manager of Honda Customer Care Center (HC3) Division AHM, Antok Yuniarso, said the company continues to be committed to providing the best service for consumers, one of which is through MBBH which is eagerly awaited every year by loyal Honda consumers.

"This activity is a form of AHM's commitment to maintain the safety and comfort of Honda motorcycle users when going home with comfortable and safe facilities," said Antok in his statement on Saturday, April 6, 2024.

In addition, AHM also transports Honda motorcycles belonging to participants so that they can still be friends driving in their hometowns.

In detail, AHM dispatched 1,109 motorbikes participating in MBBH using 28 trucks on Thursday, April 4, 2024 from the Bhanda Ghara Reksa parking lot, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.

"Hopefully the homecoming participants can enjoy the journey safely and can enjoy their hometown with their beloved Honda motorbike," he said.

In order to ensure the safety of travelers, AHM actively conveys a driving safety message that is packaged lightly and easily understood through the #cari_aman campaign.

This driving safety socialization was conveyed at the initial registration of MBBH which was opened on February 26, 2024.

Meanwhile, for the return flow after the Lebaran holiday, AHM facilitated 22 buses for around 800 travelers who will return to Jakarta and 10 trucks to transport 400 motorbikes for travelers on April 14, 2024 through the Balik Bareng Honda (BBH) 2024 program through the isic departure of Astra Motor Yogyakarta and Astra Motor Central Java to Jakarta.

This year, AHM also carried out the Bale Relax Honda (BSH) and Lebaran Nusantara Honda 2024 programs to accompany motorcycle travelers.

Various attractive facilities have been provided for travelers in Bale Relax Honda, such as air-conditioned rest rooms, prayer rooms, televisions, free snacks, electrical massage tools, motorcycle services, spare parts sales, and Honda motorcycles.

Bale Relax Honda is here to accompany homecoming trips for consumers traveling on motorbikes.

AHM together with the main dealer network provided 181 Bale Relax Honda consisting of 12 Honda Homecoming Posts spread across the island of Java, 14 AHASS Alert+ along the homecoming route from Lampung, Java to Bali, as well as 155 AHASS Alerts located on the island of Sumatra, Java Island, Kalimantan Island, and Sulawesi Island.

This Homecoming Command Post will operate from 5-15 April 2024 and can be seen in all Honda consumer applications.

During Lebaran homecoming activities, Honda technicians are also on standby to serve consumers through the Astra Honda CARE (Customer Assistance Road Emergency) service in 21 Indonesian cities as emergency assistance services on the road.

In addition, AHM provides 7 x 24 hour Honda Customer Care Center services for travelers who need emergency services.
