PT Isuzu Astra Motor Indonesia (IAMI) delivered dozens of commercial vehicle drivers, and their families to Eid in their hometowns, Friday, April 5, in the Free Homecoming Isuzu program #Accompanied by Yang Sejalan.

President Director of PT IAMI Yusak Kristian, explained that the Free Homecoming Isuzu program #DipangiYangSejalan, which is dedicated to commercial vehicle drivers, received positive appreciation during the registration period. This is even evidenced by the addition of the number of homecoming destinations with Isuzu and the registration period has also been extended so that more drivers can participate.

"We hope that the Free Homecoming Isuzu program can be carried out well so that then we can take more truck and other bus drivers to their hometowns and can experience a safe, comfortable, fun and memorable homecoming, of course, the most important thing is to survive to their destination," said Yusak Kristian, today, in Bekasi, West Java.

These travelers were delivered using 5 units of Isuzu Elf NQR B and 5 units of Isuzu Elf NLR Microbus to more than 5 destination cities, namely Surabaya, Malang, Yogyakarta, Solo, and several in other Central Java.

The choice of Isuzu Elf NQR B as one of the vehicles for the program is not without reason. Apart from having various advantages, such as having a total length of up to 7.4 meters which can accommodate many passengers with a maximum seat of up to 33 people. In addition, Isuzu has also prepared a microbus, namely the Isuzu ELF NLR B which is comfortable with a capacity of up to 19 passengers (for long types). Currently, Isuzu ELF NLR B has used the 4JJ1-TCC Common Rail engine technology equipped with Exhaust Gas Recirulation (EGR) and Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC).

Homecoming trips are expected to be more fun and memorable, because selected drivers can enjoy a series of activities with their families before leaving such as free haircuts, free massages, family photo sessions whose results can be brought home directly, playgrounds for children to exciting games with prizes such as THR total up to Rp 50 million, basic necessities, and various attractive merchandise.

Not only that, Isuzu also collaborated with the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia to provide briefing to participants, especially drivers related to driving safety.
