Suzuki Prepares 66 Alert Workshop Points, Guarantees Peace Of Homecoming For Eid 2024

JAKARTA - PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS) has prepared a Alert Workshop service for cars and motorcycles spread across 66 points, to ensure the peace of the Eid al-Fitr homecoming for customers.

More precisely, the above service areas are in Sumatra, Banten, Jabodetabek, West Java, Central Java, East Java, to Bali for 10 days. In addition to services for up to 24 hours, specifically this year PT SIS also held an Emergency Rest Area or repair post located in a strategic rest area along the Java toll road.

"The Eid homecoming trip has become a tradition carried out by people who celebrate Eid al-Fitr. During this homecoming trip, Suzuki proved his commitment to accompanying and providing the best service through the presence of the Suzuki 2024 Alert Workshop," said Assistant to Service Dept Head of PT SIS Hariadi.

Lenih continued, he said, as many as 56 Workshop outlets Standby for cars and 10 outlets for motorcycles, had been prepared to welcome the customer's valuable journey.

It should be noted that the Suzuki Alert Workshop is available with various operating hours, namely 29 outlets ready to serve 24 hours, 12 outlets serving 16 hours and 15 outlets operating for 11 hours to provide maximum service. Suzuki car customers who are on toll roads and require emergency assistance can also visit the 24-hour Emergency Rest Area located at KM 102A and KM 456A.

In addition, for the special standby workshop for motorbikes located at 10 points on the island of Java, namely 1 Banten outlet, 1 Jabodetabek outlet, 2 West Java outlets, 4 Central Java outlets, and 2 outlets in East Java.

Similar to the facilities provided for cars, loyal customers who use Suzuki motorcycles can also take advantage of this Suzuki Alert Workshop if they experience problems on the road and require the help of professional technicians.

During the service process, customers will also be treated by the convenience of the facilities provided to the waiting area which is equipped with various entertainment, snacks and fresh drinks, children's play areas, prayer rooms for worship, and attractive gifts for each visit.
