GWM Make Sure To Start Sending Batch Car Units Before Eid 2024

JAKARTA - Great Wall Motors ensures that it will send its first batch of environmentally friendly vehicles, namely Tank 500 and Memorizing H6 before Eid Al-Fitr 2024.

This was revealed by the Sales & Network Director of GWM Indonesia, Rendi Radito, who said the order for the first batch was at the BCA Expoversary 2024 which took place at ICE BSD on February 29 - March 3, 2024.

"According to the promise, our delivery can be fulfilled before Eid for the first batch because the car is also in Indonesia," he told the media crew, Thursday, March 21, in Jakarta.

As is known, the price of the GWM Tank 500 is priced at IDR 1.19 billion while the Haval H6 medium SUV starts at IDR 595.8 million. This figure is a special banderol for limited time.

He further said that for consumers who order now, it cannot be promised that unit delivery will take place before Eid. But he made sure it would be as soon as possible.

"We try it as soon as possible (if the message now) it feels like we can't promise before Eid and after that (width)," he added.

As additional information, the specifications for the 500 HEV GWM Tank are quite gambot with a total length dimension of 5,078mm, a width of 1,934mm, a height of 1,905mm, and a wheelbase of 2,850mm. Speaking of the heart of the runway, the 500 HEV Tank is powered by a hybrid engine with a capacity of 2,000cc turbo hybrid combined with an electric motor so that it can produce up to 346 PS and a maximum torque of 648 Nm.

Meanwhile for Haval H6, it has a length of 4,683 mm, a width of 1,886 mm, a height of 1,730 mm, and a wheelbase of 2,738 mm. H6 HEV uses a 4-cylinder gas engine of 1,499 cc Turbo (GW4B15) powered 150 dk and a 230 Nm torque provided with a 177 dk electric motor and a 300 Nm torque. The total power of this series hybrid system reaches 243 dk and a peak torque of 530 Nm.
