Open Selis For Cooperation In Electric Vehicle Rentals

TANGERANG - The phenomenon regarding the growth of electric vehicles today cannot be dammed as the times develop. What's more, this innovation was assisted by the Indonesian government in implementing tax incentives in order to facilitate the EV transition so that it is increasingly in demand by the public.

However, there are still many who think that the use of electric vehicles is not practical. So that people still think twice about having it. One way that is considered effective in implementing this transition is the rental of electric vehicles.

Various companies in Indonesia currently provide this service to make it easier for people to live their daily mobility, one of which is Adhya Group through the Emove rental application.

Responding to the rise of these services, Imam Subari, as the Marketing Manager of Selis, said that his party was open about cooperation with other companies in terms of leasing. In fact, the local company is currently working on the program which takes place in Bali.

"It's open to that. Even in Bali, we are currently doing it with the side when and we can supply the vehicle," said Imam to VOI at ICE BSD, Tangerang, Wednesday, October 25.

Imam said that Bali is currently the city that makes the most sense in presenting electric vehicle rentals because the area is not as wide as other cities. Thus, the implementation of these services is quite easy to operate

Bali's best in terms of leasing electric vehicles. It's practical for Indonesia. So, for example, if ICE's motorbike runs out of gas, just fill it with gasoline. If electricity charges, it can take several hours," said Imam.

Furthermore, rental services are made easier with more advanced electric vehicle technology. Currently most electric motors have used a'swap' system or battery exchange that is more practical than charging so it takes a long time.

Two years ago it could be 12 hours, we have reached 50 percent of the filling for two hours. In Bali the area is good because the distance between places is close. For example, if there is a battery running out, use a swap system," explained Imam.

For the capital city itself, Imam explained that currently no other company wants to partner with Selis. Although, the company under the auspices of the company PT Champion Bike is open to this collaboration

"For Jakarta, it depends on a third party company that you want to cooperate with. We are ready to accommodate for the rental of an electric motorbike," concluded Imam.
