JAKARTA - A viral video showing the action of five luxury cars turning back and against the current on the Depok-Antasari (Desari) Toll Road has recently raised great concerns. The incident is very unfortunate and cannot be justified, according to Sony Susmana, founder and senior lecturer at the Safety Defensive Consultant Indonesia (SDCI).

"One person who made a mistake by going against the current alone is very dangerous, especially in this incident there were five cars that violated it," he said when contacted by VOI on Tuesday, October 3.

The man who is familiarly called Sony explained that every driver must think wisely. If they pass through the toll exit they should have passed, then they must proceed to the next door.

"When you pass through the exit that you should pass, then you have to go out at the next door. There is no reason to go against the current or reverse the direction if you miss the door," he added.

Sony also reminded that toll roads are places where vehicles move at constant speed, usually between 60 and 80 km/hour. Therefore, on toll roads, vehicle speed tends to be high.

"If suddenly a car goes against the flow, the other driver's reaction will be shocked and shocked. This is very dangerous," he explained.

Sony stressed that traffic rules must be understood and followed well when on the highway. If a person does not understand it, he must be willing to learn not to harm himself and others.
