JAKARTA - The main Neta factory in China, located in Tongxiang City, has impressive electric car production capacity, reaching up to 125,000 units per year.

During the latest visit, Neta Auto Indonesia, as the distributor of Neta's electric vehicle, explored this approximately 23 hectare factory equipped with modern facilities.

All processes at this plant are very sophisticated, including stamping, welding, coating, and assembly, with a major focus on the production of the NETA U SUV line-up.

However, what makes this factory special is its flexibility that allows production changes for various other NETA models in accordance with growing market demand.

"Our visit to the Tongxiang factory provides a clear picture of our dedication and seriousness in entering the automotive market in Indonesia. This factory not only produces the best electric vehicles, but also upholds standard and production quality to provide the best electric cars in terms of quality and technology," said Jason Ding, Deputy Managing Director of PT NETA Auto Indonesia, in an official statement recently received by VOI.

One of the main highlights of this factory is the use of robotic technology that dominates every assembly stage. A total of 73% of assembly activities in this factory are carried out by a sophisticated robotic automation system, which significantly accelerates production processes and increases efficiency.

With a structured system supported by modern technology, this factory is capable of producing one unit of electric cars in just 3 minutes, or a total of 400 units of electric cars per day.

These figures reflect NETA's commitment to meeting market demand that continues to grow for environmentally friendly and innovative electric vehicles.

Since his debut in the Indonesian automotive market through the GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) 2023, NETA has committed to bringing advanced technology in electric cars (EVs) to all people in the domestic market.
