Through Star Luxury Experience, Mercedes-Benz Introduces Full-Sales Special Services To Customers

JAKARTA - To introduce its full-sale service, the Mercedes car distributor in Indonesia, PT Mercedes-Benz Distribution Indonesia (MBDI), held an event that took place at the official Diler PT Cakrawala Automotive Rabhasa (PT CAR) in Bintaro.

In the event entitled "Star Luxury Experience", PT MBDI also presented several electric and luxury Mercedes EQ vehicles, namely EQS, EQE, and EQB.

President Director of PT MBDI, Choi Duk Jun, said that with this event guests can feel the luxury and exclusivity of Mercedes-Benz. Star Luxury Experience also describes the future of manufacturers in supporting the latest technology and EV vehicles.

"We have partnered with PT CAR in Bintaro for 20 years and together continue to move forward and innovate to provide the best service for all Mercedes-Benz or Best-Customer-Experience customers," Choi said in his statement, Thursday, July 27.

During the event, guests had the opportunity to tour to see the facilities from the PT CAR dealer in Bintaro which has an area of 4,000 m2, consisting of a 922 m2 showroom on the first floor and 807 m2 on the second floor, and a 2,291 m2 workshop.

PT CAR offers some of its full-sale services to Mercedes-Benz customers, including digital and analog communication liaison linkers, showroom luxury, product experts who are ready to provide information in the form of technical matters regarding the Mercedes model, and the latest experience of the dealers.

Mercedes-Benz subscribers also get the opportunity to do a test drive session in order to feel the latest sensations and experiences regarding electric-powered vehicle lines from EQ ranks, such as EQS, EQB, and EQE.

PT CAR is the first official Mercedes-Benz dealer in Jabodetabek to implement MAR2020, which stands for German "Markenauftrit Retail" if translated with the meaning of "Retail Brand Appearance."

The concept presented in the dealers can meet the needs of each consumer and allow Mercedes-Benz to create the best conditions to support sales activities.
