JAKARTA A total of four young Indonesian racers assisted by PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM) participated in the race at the 2025 Idemitsu Asia Talent Cup (IATC).
The 2025 Idemitsu Asia Talent Cup (IATC) is scheduled to take place on March 1-2, 2025 at Chang International Circuit, Buriram, Thailand, along with the opening series for MotoGP 2025.
The four young Indonesian racers who will participate in the event are M. Badly Ayatullah, Davino Britani, Nelson Cairoli Ardheniansyah, and Alvaro Hetta Mahendra.
"I am very enthusiastic about facing the first series in Thailand," said Davino, who has competed at the IATC as wildcard at last season's Mandalika round, quoted by AHM's official statement.
Davino and his three colleagues came to the opening series with positive provisions from the pre-test session which was held on February 21-22, 2025 at the Chang International Circuit, Buriram, Thailand.

The four young racers aged 14-16 years who rode the NSF250R were able to show competitive results. Badly, the racer who was born in Lambarese, South Sulawesi, recorded the fastest time of 1 minute 46.792 seconds and placed him in sixth position.
Then Davino, who graduated from Astra Honda Racing School (AHRS) 2024, was able to perch in eighth position with a record fastest time of 1 minute 47.058 seconds.
Meanwhile, Nelson and Alvaro consecutively filled their 12th position with a time of 1 minute 47.373 seconds and a 19th position with a time of 1 minute 48.948 seconds.
"Alhamdulillah, I can adapt to each test session and compete competitively in the racing simulations that I do. Hopefully the results of the race will be as expected, ask for prayers and support," said Badly.
The four fostered racers who are the Astra Honda Racing School (AHRS) dropouts will compete with 20 potential young riders from various other countries in six series which will be held throughout the IATC 2025 racing season.
