BEKASI – Nur Taufik, an expedition courier for a well-known e-commerce company, was seriously injured after dealing with three sadistic robbers. The 38-year-old man's hand almost broke due to the slashing of sickles and machetes by the perpetrators.

According to information, early Wednesday, October 6, the incident occurred after Nur Taufik came home from work delivering packages. Arriving at the Jababeka 1 area, Block K, Harjamekar Village, North Cikarang, Bekasi district, he was confronted by three perpetrators who were using a white Vario motorbike. Two perpetrators immediately attacked Nur Taufik with sickles and machetes.

Taufik tried to fight with his bare hands and shouted for help. Suddenly residents who heard Nur Taufik's screams immediately left the house. The perpetrators fled, taking no loot with them.

Sadam (21), one of the residents said that Taufik's red Honda Scoopy B 5367 FAP failed to be taken away by sadistic robbers.

"According to the victim, the perpetrator slashed himself (Nur Taufik) with a sickle and a machete indiscriminately", said Sadam, Thursday, October 07.

Residents who saw Nur Taufik covered in blood immediately rushed him to the Central Medika hospital and were transferred to the Cibitung Hospital.

Luckily in that incident, the victim's motorbike, a red Honda Scoopy B 5367 FAP, failed to be taken away by the sadistic robbers.

"The perpetrators slashed me with sickles and machetes blindly", said Nur Taufik.

The Cikarang Police Satreskrim who came to the scene immediately carried out the crime scene (TKP).

The North Cikarang Police are still investigating and deepening the perpetrators.

"Yes, that's right. This case (of sadistic robbers) is still being investigated, members are still investigating to identify the perpetrators", said Cikarang police chief, Kompol Mustakim, when contacted by reporters, Thursday, October 7.
