JAKARTA - All CGV cinemas in Java and Bali began selling food to visitors on Wednesday, October 6.

"We can sell food, not today but tomorrow. We are starting to make preparations in all CGV cinemas in Java-Bali", said CGV Public Relations and Corporate Communication, Marsya Gusman, as quoted by Antara, Tuesday, October 5.

According to Marsya, the steps taken by the government are very positive because they provide fresh air to cinema entrepreneurs.

"We are indeed given the trust by the government, so yes, we will try to deliver well", said Marsya.

The preparations include preparing food menus, sterilizing several places. One of them is the kitchen area. It also promises discounts on food and some drinks for customers.

Marsya still urges visitors to buy food online to avoid buying directly.

"We recommend buying using 'online' even though there you can buy directly with health protocol", said Marsya.

However, Marsya will still formulate provisions regarding locations that can be used as places for visitors to eat. Because of that, her party has not been able to ensure that visitors can eat in the auditorium.

"In that regulation, we are still reconciling, because the existing rules are in the lobby hall, yes. But many people think that in the auditorium this is still being studied again", she said.

Marsya hopes that this policy can attract the attention of visitors so that cinemas can return to their normal activities as usual.
