JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) conducted an auction of stolen goods from the former Subang Regent, Ojang Sohandi, who was sentenced to 8 years in prison for being proven guilty of money laundering, receiving gratuities and bribes while serving in the 2013-2018 period.

"KPK through the Purwakarta State Property and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) will conduct an auction based on the decision of the Corruption Court at the Bandung District Court on behalf of Ojang Sohandi who has permanent legal force," said Acting KPK spokesman Ali Fikri in Jakarta, Tuesday, October 5. .

The auction is conducted in writing without the presence of the auction participants via the internet (e-auction) with the closed bidding method.

Some of the looted items from Ojang Sohandi that were auctioned were:

1. Two parcels of land with a limit price of Rp. 612,799 million with a security deposit of Rp. 122,559,800, with the following details: a. A parcel of land in the Plawad Kohir Block covering an area of 7,060 square meters in Mekarjaya Village, Subang Regency. b. A parcel of land in the Plawad Kohir Block covering an area of 4,905 square meters in Mekarjaya Village, Subang Regency.

2. A parcel of land in the Putat Agung Block covering an area of 3,622 square meters in Mekarjaya Village, Subang Regency with a limit price of Rp. 199,031,000.00 and a security deposit of Rp. 39,806,200.00.

3. A parcel of land in the Putat Kohir Block covering an area of 1,692 square meters in Mekarjaya Village, Subang Regency with a limit price of Rp. 94,782,000.00 and a security deposit of Rp. 18,956,400.00.

4. Two parcels of land with a limit price of Rp. 182,601,000.00 and a security deposit of Rp. 36,520,200.00 with the following details: a. A parcel of land in the Plawad Kohir Block covering an area of 1,802 square meters in Mekarjaya Village, Subang Regency.b.
