The Chairman Of The DKI DPRD Hasn't Been Summoned By BK After Being Reported By 7 Factions, What's The Reason?

JAKARTA - One week has passed since the head of the DKI Regional Representative Council (DPRD) Prasetyo Edi Marsudi reported to the Honorary Board (BK) of the DKI DPRD. Prasetyo was reported by his deputy chairman and 7 factions in the DPRD for holding a plenary meeting of Interpellation Formula E.

Then, how to follow up? DKI DPRD BK member August Hamonangan explained that currently his party has not summoned Prasetyo to ask for information.

August said the BK was still waiting for the summary of reports from the BK expert team, as well as reporting periodically the stages of reporting to the DPRD Secretary (Sekwan) and the reporting faction.

"Not yet (summoned). We are still waiting for the BK expert team to make a summary. Meanwhile, in parallel, we are writing letters to the Secretary of State and the complainants regarding the development and pre-examination process of BK," said August when contacted, Tuesday, October 5.

The PSI politician said that if Prasetyo was scheduled to give clarification later, the points that would be asked by the BK were the chronology of the Deliberative Body Meeting, and the material that became the complaint material for the seven factions.

"What is being asked is according to chronology or points of complaint. BK always tries to make all processes in accordance with the rules and procedures in the code of ethics trial procedures," said August.

Previously, seven factions and four deputy chairmen of the DKI DPRD officially reported the Chairman of the DKI DPRD, Prasetyo Edi Marsudi, to the Honorary Board (BK) of the DKI DPRD. These factions include the Gerindra Party, PKS, Democrats, Nasdem, Golkar, PAN, and PPP-PKB Parties.

"As a form of our responsibility to keep this honorable institution running well. So, we have an obligation to remind anyone who violates the provisions and rules of the game in the DPR," said Chairman of the Golkar Party Faction Basri Baco at the DKI DPRD Building.

Baco said that his party reported Prasetyo to the BK because it was suspected that he had not heeded the rules and regulations of the DPRD by holding a plenary meeting for the Interpellation of Formula E.

"We suspect that there is an administrative violation of correspondence related to the invitation to the Deliberative Body and the implementation of the plenary session that was held earlier," he said.

Responding to this, Prasetyo invited the council members to report himself to the Honorary Board (BK) of the DKI DPRD regarding Prasetyo's decision to hold a plenary meeting of Interpellation Formula E.

"If you want to report to BK, please, I will come," said Prasetyo.

If Prasetyo is called by the BK later, he admits that he will explain in detail the implementation of the bamus meeting yesterday.

"I, as a citizen, as the leader of the DPRD, I will explain and the recordings are all there, there are no manipulations or say they are illegal. Where is it illegal? This person is the Bamus forum," said Prasetyo.
