Jatiluwih tourism object manager Nengah Sutirtayasa said the increase in the number of tourist visits began to occur since the implementation of Level 3 Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) in Bali.
"The average visit is 50 to 100 people per day," said Sutirtayasa, when contacted on Tuesday, September 28.
When compared to normal days, foreign tourist visits per day can reach 1.500 to 2.000 people. While domestic tourists per day can reach 200 to 300 people on weekdays.
"Now it's just opened and there are a lot of Jakarta (domestic tourists). Including local domestic (Balinese residents)," he said.

The tourists are dominated by East Java, Central Java, West Java, Jakarta, and Kalimantan.
"For the normal number of domestic tourists before the COVID-19 pandemic, it reached 8 thousand per day. For foreign tourists, it was normal at 4 thousand per day," he added.
