After Anies Baswedan, KPK Examines 3 Students Regarding Land Corruption In Munjul

JAKARTA - Investigators from the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) have examined five witnesses, three of whom are students. They were investigated for alleged corruption in land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon, Jakarta.

The five witnesses will be examined to complete the file of suspect Rudy Hartono Iskandar, who is the Director of PT Aldira Berkah Abadi Makmur.

"The five witnesses were examined for suspects in RHI related to the corruption crime of land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon Village, Cipayung, East Jakarta in 2019," Acting KPK Spokesperson for Enforcement Ali Fikri told reporters, Tuesday, September 28.

The three students who were summoned for questioning by investigators were Noviani, Dini Mardianah, and Okke Soedrajat. While the other two people came from the private sector, namely H. Hendra Roza Putera and Ali Kusmargono Jati.

The material for the examination of the witnesses is not yet known. However, from the outset, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) ensured that those who were summoned were those who were suspected of having knowledge of the crimes committed by the suspects.

Previously, investigators also examined the Head of Sub-Division of Cash Flow Reporting at DKI Jakarta BPKD, Sudrajat Kuswara as a witness. He was also examined to complete Rudi Hartono's file.

However, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has not explained further what was uncovered during the examination on Monday, September 27 yesterday.

Then the KPK has also examined the Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan and Chairman of the DKI Jakarta DPRD Prasetya Edi Marsudi. In this alleged corruption case, the KPK has named four suspects.

In this alleged corruption case, the KPK has named four suspects, namely the Director and Deputy Director of PT Adonara Propertindo namely Tommy Adrian and Anja Runtuwene, former President Director of Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Yoory Corneles, and Director of PT Aldira Berkah Abadi Makmur (ABAM) Rudy Hartono Iskandar.

In addition, the KPK has also named PT Adonara Propertindo as a suspect in corporate corruption.

This allegation of corruption occurred when Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, which is a BUMD in the property sector, sought land in the Jakarta area to be used as a business unit or land bank. Furthermore, this regionally owned company cooperates with PT Adonara Propertindo which is also engaged in the same field.

As a result of this alleged corruption, the state is estimated to have lost up to Rp152.5 billion. The suspects allegedly used this money to finance their personal needs.
