Police Arrest The Man Who Raped His Stepdaughter In Banyuwangi

BANYUWANGI - Police arrested ST, a man from Sempu sub-district, Banyuwangi, East Java. ST is suspected of raping his 16-year-old stepdaughter.

Head of the Banyuwangi Police Criminal Investigation Unit, AKP Mustijat Priambodo, the incident occurred in August. This incident came to light after the victim's mother reported it to the police.

The molestation was carried out at his home. The victim had rebelled. But the perpetrator still molested the victim.

The victim knew that the suspect was drunk at the time. The perpetrator had sex with the victim 3 times.

For his actions, the perpetrator was charged with the Child Protection Act. The suspect is currently being held at the police station.
