Child In Medan Kills His Father And Brother, Offender Feels He's Treated Like A Stepchild

MEDAN - Police are still investigating the murder committed by a child against his father and brother on Tengku Amir Hamzah Street, Gang Pribadi, Sei Agul Village, West Medan District.

From the results of the police investigation, the motive for the murder was finally revealed. The Head of Public Relations of the North Sumatra Police, Kombes Hadi Wahyudi, said that the perpetrator Arsyad (20) had the heart to kill Sugeng's father (49) and his biological brother (21) because of resentment.

"So, the perpetrator feels that his father has stepped on him because his brother's request has always been fulfilled. Meanwhile, the perpetrator's request has never been complied with. So the intention arose to kill his father and biological brother", he said, Monday, August 30.

Kombes Hadi revealed that when a urine test was conducted, the results were negative for taking narcotics.

"Indeed, this murder was planned by the perpetrators", he said.

Meanwhile, the Acting Chief of the West Medan Police, AKP Tina Pulitawati, in the murder case, the perpetrators together with evidence have been secured.

"We have secured the perpetrator. When we found his father's body outside the house and his brother's body in the room", she concluded.

Previously, the sadistic murder took place in Sei Agul Village, West Medan District, Medan City, Saturday, August 28 night. A child named M Arsyad Kartonawi (20) killed his father Sugeng (50) and his older brother Riski Sarbaiini (21).

The perpetrator killed his father and biological brother by stabbing the victims with sharp weapons.

As a result of the incident, the father of the perpetrator suffered 9 stab wounds to the stomach, upper left chest, waist, left hand, back and left leg.

Meanwhile, the perpetrator's older brother (RS), suffered 15 stab wounds to his right chin, stomach and chest.
